The Blue South Quality Management System has been certified by Telarc in accordance with ISO 9001.2000. Blue South was the first translation service provider in New Zealand to have an independently certified Quality Management System. 

We believe that a Quality Management System needs to cover the management of resources as well as project management. As well as ensuring the quality of our processes now, this system provides a sound platform for the future growth of Blue South.
