Security of Data

We understand how valuable files such as translation memories can be and how much time can be lost due to system crashes, etc. 

We have therefore included procedures for ensuring security of data into the company’s externally certified Quality Management System’s operations manual. 

To protect data, current files are backed up daily. Completed jobs are archived to two different storage media. A back up of current data plus all archived material is stored off site when the office is closed. 

Further, to protect against system crashes, we have redundant systems/hardware to avoid time being lost in the event of a system failure.
